CABA, LA UNION- In celebration of Valentine’s Day, the Caba District Hospital (CDH) spearheaded a Give Love, Share Love this Feb-ibig activity for admitted patients, outpatients and their watchers on February 14, 2019 at Caba District Hospital, Poblacion Sur, Caba, La Union.
Chief of Hospital Dr. Gretchen F. Aromin greeted the admitted patients and outpatient clients by sharing simple gifts such as bags, slippers for pediatric patients and herbal soaps for adult patients. A total of 34 patients were visited at the ward and outpatient department (OPD).
This was followed by a staff-patient interaction activity held in the afternoon. A short Information Education Campaign on health and wellness was discussed by Ms. Chenee Rose B. Manangan, CDH Nurse, followed by parlor games.
The said aim of this activity is to remind the patients that CDH is here to give and spread love to their admitted patients and help them realize that to be sick does not mean to be in bed all the time. The hospital aspires to make their patients feel better, and ward off their worries for a faster road to recovery.
