Aiming for effective collaboration, Provincial Assessor Engr. Arnulfo A. Cacho welcomes the participants of the meeting of the Municipal Assessors’ League of La Union (MALLU) and the Municipal Treasurers’ League of La Union (MTLLU) at the Sea and Sky Hotel and Restaurant on February 8, 2019. General revision issues and concerns were discussed in an open forum and an election of officers took place.
