The Provincial Government of La Union, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO1), distributes Hybrid Rice Seeds, High Quality Seeds (HQS) and Soil Ameliorants to municipalities with partially damaged rice areas during the onslaught of Typhoon “Ompong” as a part of the rehabilitation program on January 21, 2019. Cacao and calamansi seedlings are also released allocations from the High Value Crops Development Program.
