Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) personnel, led by Dr. Zenserly D. Pagaduan and Mrs. Joan R. Cabatu, founder and president of In His Presence Unto All Nations, Inc. Ministry, hands over baby apparel to one of the admitted newborn patients at BDH on December 4, 2018. Mothers were also reminded to use various family planning methods during the distribution. Said church is a partner and donor of BDH since 2015 and is based in New Jersey, USA.
