BARANGAY CHRISTMAS SPIRIT. A Senior Citizen from Brgy. Cadaclan, City of San Fernando, La Union receives a Christmas Gift Pack from the Provincial Government of La Union on December 14, 2018. A total of 353 households benefitted in said gift-giving.
