CDA Turns Over key of new Building to Gov. Pacoy

Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 1 Director Josefina B. Bitonio turns over the key of the new CDA Building to Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III on December 20, 2018 at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The building will be utilized by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist to further facilitate their activities in support of the province’s vision to be the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025.
