Representatives from the Provincial Government of La Union - Environment and Natural Resources Unit receive the resolution approving the 10-year solid waste management plan of the Province of La Union on December 6, 2018 at the Conference Hall of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management, Quezon City. Department of Environment and Natural Resources Usec Benny D. Antiporda, undersecretary for solid waste management awarded the resolution to all Local Government Units that passed the deliberation of their plans by the National Solid Waste Management Commission ExeCom.
