In observance of the National Consciousness Day for the Elimination of VAWC (violence against women and their Children) Leizlee Ann Espinueva, Social Welfare officer of Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) conducted an advocacy campaign to end VAWC through a lecture about Republic Act 9262 at the out patient department on Nov 26. She encourage the public not to turn a blind eye whenever they witness an abuse, instead they should act and be brave to report to proper authorities.
