BLDH holds the 5th Mobile Blood Donation

Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) holds the 5th mobile blood donation on October 4, 2018. BLDH Chief Dr. Mark Anthony S. Tomboc led the employees and volunteers in the blood donation, as the hospital was able to collect 35 bags of blood. The activity is held quarterly in partnership with Philippine Red Cross La Union Chapter.
