The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the Provincial Health Office, in coordination with the Department of Health, conducts Adolescent Advocacy Program with the theme "Improving Health Literacy Among Adolescents Towards Health For All" at the Pacoy Ortega Gym, City of San Fernando, La Union on September 27, 2018. Students competed in the painting contest which aimed to create a unique "brand" for the youth of La Union.
