Provincial Board Member Geraldine R. Ortega leads in the distribution of relief goods to the residents of Brgy. Canaoay, City of San Fernando, La Union, on September 19, 2018, days after the onslaught of typhoon “Ompong.” Among the donors were 1590 Energy Corporation; Toyota La Union; Senator Cynthia Villar and spouse former senator Manny Villar; and the Provincial Government of La Union. The beneficiaries belong to the thousands who evacuated due to threat of storm surge.
