AVIATION IN LA UNION. Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III leads the groundbreaking of the site for the construction of the hangar by the Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) International Center for Aviation Training at the San Fernando Airport Compound, Brgy. Canaoay, City of San Fernando, La Union on September 26, 2018. With the construction of the hangar, La Union aims to become the premier aviation training hub in the region.
