Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III turns over a multi-purpose vehicle to Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer Aureliano F. Rulloda III on September 13, 2018 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The vehicle will be used in reinforcing the safety and protection of the people in the province and in building a Disaster Resilient Province by 2022.
