SALAKOG. As Gov Pacoy envision, a healthy and happy La Union by 2022, pregnant women performs "Sala iti Masikog" during the Search for Healthy Mom, Happy Mom 2018 of the Provincial Health Office held at the Civic Center of Naguilian, La Union on August 29, 2018. The dance is a safe, gentle and fun way to exercise during pregnancy that helps tones muscles, helps stay flexible and gives heart a workout.
