FOR THE LOVE OF LA UNION. Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) staff packs relief goods on August 14, 2018 at the PSWDO, Guerrero Road, Capitol Site, City of San Fernando, La Union to be distributed to areas affected by the Monsoon and typhoon Karding. Also volunteered to join the repacking are Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III's daughters Raphaelle Veronica A. Ortega and Samantha Urielle A. Ortega
