The Provincial Government of La Union in partnership with ABONO Party-List headed by Congresswoman Vini Nola A. Ortega and Department of Social Welfare and Development, awards Seed Capital Fund to four Sustainable Livelihood Program Beneficiaries in San Gabriel La Union on July 18, 2018 at the said municipality's Covered Court. Recipient Associations are Nalusbo-Lilipan Farmers, Bulala-Tangadan Farmers, Upper Sasaig Farmers, and Bangar Farmers
Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III highlighted the good governance in the Municipality of San Gabriel which makes them truly deserving of the Seed Capital Fund awarded to five Sustainable Livelihood Program Beneficiaries in San Gabriel La Union on July 18, 2018 at the said municipality’s Covered Court. The said award was given by the Provincial Government of La Union in partnership with ABONO Party-List and Department of Social Welfare and Development.
SPREADING THE LOVE AMONG FARMERS IN SAN GABRIEL. Congw. Vini extends the love of ABONO Party-List and the Provincial Government of La Union to the Farmers Association of San Gabriel, La Union during the awarding of Seed Capital Fund to four Sustainable Livelihood Program Beneficiaries held in San Gabriel La Union on July 18, 2018. In said event, she expressed her hope that the fund they distribute will help the constituents with their livelihood.
