La Union Vibrant Women, Inc. (LUVWI) Chairperson Geraldine R. Ortega encourages students of Carcarmay Elementary School to practice proper personal hygiene in her message on July 11, 2018 at Bacnotan, La Union. LUVWI also led lectures on Prevention of Common Diseases Affecting Children on different elementary schools in the First District of La Union and will be conducting the same for the second district.
