Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Bellarmin A. Flores II, on behalf of Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III, leads the ribbon cutting and opening of the Department of Science and Technology-Region 1’s three-day Science and Technology Caravan for the 2nd District of La Union at the Rosario Civic Center, Rosario, La Union on June 27, 2018. Said Caravan includes conduct of various free seminars and trainings on DOST’s programs and services especially on livelihood projects.
