Vice-Governor Nisce imparts his message to the student-beneficiaries of the “Batang Mahirap: Edukasyon Mo, Sagot ko” annual distribution of school materials for SY 2018-2019 during the LUPPO Joint Impact Project 2018 on June 01, 2018 at Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Vice-Governor Aureo Augusto Q. Nisce shared his thoughts on the importance of education to the beneficiaries of the Joint Impact Project "Batang Mahirap: Edukasyon Mo, Sagot Ko" of the La Union Police Provincial Office headed by PSSupt. Ricardo G. Layug, Jr held at Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union last June 01, 2018.
The activity aims to extend assistance through the distribution of school supplies to the poor but deserving elementary learners from different municipalities in La Union. There were 23 beneficiaries for SY 2018.
Helping the poor and deserving students who are eager and committed to pursue their studies is also one of the advocacies of Vice-Governor Nisce, so he became one of the major sponsors of this Joint Impact Project of LUPPO and serves Guest of Honor and Speaker every year.
"Good education is the catapult to success," said the Vice-Governor as he emphasized on the importance of education. "What you do with your years in school can have lasting impact for the rest of your life. You are now in your elementary years...soon you will move up to high school, then college. You have to concentrate on your studies and believe that you will succeed,” he added.
The learners and their parents thanked Vice-Governor Nisce and the men and women of LUPPO who were tasked to implement the program.
This project of LUPPO is expected to create an impact of ensuring the future of the next generation who will soon become the leaders of the province.
