Declaration of Sudipen, La Union as a "Drug-Free" Municipality

TOGETHER WITH FAITH, LOVE, UNITY AND SOLIDARITY. Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III punches in as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the declaration of Sudipen as a “Drug-Free” Municipality held at the Sudipen Municipal Gym, La Union on April 25, 2018. In support of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s all-out war against illegal drugs, the Local Government Unit of Sudipen, La Union under the leadership of Hon. Alexander O. Buquing, Municipal Mayor/MADAC Chairman, is working actively with all the sectors of the community to institute mechanisms, programs, activities to effectively put an end to the drug menace in Sudipen.
