Annual ITR CY 2017: Filed, Paid and Submitted

The Office of the Provincial Accountant (OPAcc) submitted to the Bureau of Internal Revenue - Revenue District Office (BIR-RDO) No. 3 the Annual Income Tax Returns (ITRs) CY 2017 of Job Order (JO) and Contract of Service (COS) personnel of the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU).

OPAcc submitted to BIR the first batch of said documents on April 13, 2018 while second batch was submitted on April 16, 2018. A total of 308 JO and COS personnel have already submitted their ITRs.

This is in compliance to BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 69-2017 and in pursuance to the provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997 on the filing and payment of Annual ITR on or before April 15 of the ensuing year.

JO and COS personnel were reminded of the Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 19-2015, where in taxpayers using the Electronic Platform in filing tax return or the eBIRForms for the JO and COS personnel of the PGLU, shall submit the ITRs and attachments to the RDO office within 15 days from the date of eFiling.
