Governor Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III, Mdm. Geraldine Ortega, Mr. Ives Q. Nisce, President and CEO of Rang ay Bank and Mr. Ives Jesus C. Nisce II, Vice President of Operations and Director of Rang-ay lead the blessing and inauguration of Rang-ay San Fernando Highway Branch on January 16. It is the 3rd branch in the City of San Fernando and is another milestone for Rang-ay Bank in celebration of its 62nd Anniversary.
