Due to inclement weather condition caused by #CarinaPH, the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.
