DEDICATION TO SERVICE. Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III, ABONO Party-List Rep. Vini Nola A. Ortega, and Chief of Hospital Dr. Gretchen Aromin together with other hospital staff present an award to Shirley C.
