Representatives from the Provincial Government of La Union - Environment and Natural Resources Division participates in the 3rd Governing Board Meeting of Lower Amburayan River System - Water Quality Management Area (LARS-WQMA) Region 1 and CAR on August 15, 2018 at Marand Resort and Spa, Bauang, La Union. Said event was led by Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) and was attended by Municipal Local Government Units concerned in the protection of lower Amburayan River System.
