Members of the 22nd Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) conduct their respective Committee Meetings on January 13, 2020 at the Cong. Eriguel Hall, 3rd Basement, SP Building, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Highlight of the meeting was the drafting of the ordinance creating the Most Outstanding Farmer in Organic Agriculture of the Year Award.
