Be assured, my fellow Peace and Order Council members, that our joint forces are strong and that together, we will remain united in purpose, and that is to protect the freedom and liberty of everyone here in Region 1,” stated Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David who officially took oath as the new chairperson of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) Region 1 as she presided the first quarter meeting today, March 23, 2023 at the Ariana Hotel in Bauang, La Union.
