10 Oustanding Public School Teachers

OUTSTANDING TEACHERS. The Province of La Union honors ten outstanding public school teachers in the province, in a conferment of awards held on October 4, 2018, at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Presenting the recognition were Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III, Vice Gov. Aureo Augusto Q. Nisce, Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, and the Department of Education.

This year’s awardees are: Ms. Jennifer Madayag of Bacnotan Central School; Ms. Norhoda Gumal-in of Castro Elementary School (ES) in Sudipen; Ms. Imelda Ledda of Pagudpud Integrated School (IS) in the City of San Fernando; Ms. Fe Villalobos of Ambaracao Sur ES in Naguilian; Ms. Lucresia Amor of Rosario IS; Mr. Alex Ordanza of Sinapangan Sur ES in Balaoan; Ms. Grecilia Magpili of Don Eulogio De Guzman Memorial National High School (NHS) in Bauang; Ms. Rowena Abad of La Union NHS; Mr. Efren Orcas of Castor Z. Concepcion Memorial NHS in Balaoan; and Ms. Norma Paneda of Don Eufemio Eriguel Memorial NHS. Each of them received P10,000 and a plaque. Photo by: OPG-Media and Public Information Unit
