The 22nd Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) led by Vice-Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega recognizes Mr. Bustamante F. Molina of Rosario, La Union for placing top 8 in the 2021 Agriculturist Board Examination during its 142nd Regular Session on March 15, 2022.
After bringing pride and honor to the province through his excellent and outstanding performance in the said board exam, Mr. Molina was given an SP resolution recognizing him and a financial incentive amounting to Php 10,000.00 pursuant to SP Ordinance No. 103-2016.
Mr. Molina joins the ranks of other La Union topnotchers who were given the same recognition which proved that even though they came from the provinces and whose educational foundations are from schools of the province, their level of intelligence and competencies are at par with national caliber and standards and therefore a validation of quality education in these schools, thus worthy of commendation, recognition, inspiration and of corresponding incentives.
