Mayor Severino Carbonell was formally installed as the mayor of the wellβknown dried fish producer in the Province- Santo Tomas, La Union.
Vice Mayor Winnie Doctolero and the winning municipal councilors including Celiaflor Bejar, Noel Basi, Aldreyn Rey, Cabico, David Villanueva III, Anthony Villanueva, Ritche Alambra, Lorenzo Medina Jr. and Vilea Capinpin also took their oath of office.
The oath taking of the local officials was administered by Governor Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega today, June 23, 2022 at the People's Hall, Municipality of Santo Tomas La Union.
Joining to witness the said activity were incoming Governor Rafy Ortega-David along with the families and friends of the local officials.
