Out of 81 Provincial Local Chief Executives across the country, Gov. Pacoy was hailed as 3rd most performing based on the survey conducted by RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. last June 10 - 25, 2021. 1st was Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia with 77 percent approval rating followed by Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor of Iloilo Province with 72 percent, and Gov. Pacoy with 70 percent.
This milestone was made possible with the collaborative effort of our local chief executives and the constituents.
