To honor and acknowledge the services of retired employees of the Provincial Government of La Union, a Retirees Homecoming was held on October 3, 2022. The participants were offered various activities as they gathered in Vista La Vita, San Vicente, City of San Fernando, La Union.

The said reunion is a form of recognition not only for the past services contributed by the retirees but also for their continued support and love for the welfare of La Union. Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David bonded with the retirees, reminding them that their efforts will always be acknowledged by the PGLU and by Kaprobinsiaan.

The program aims to show gratitude to the participants by offering a Health Caravan that includes medical check-ups, EENT check-ups, dental services, and senior immunization. The program also conducted singing and dancing sessions for the retirees as entertainment.

These are all part of the #LaUnionPROBINSYAnihan call where no Kaprobinsyaan is left behind when it comes to uniting as the whole province aims to pursue and embody the people-oriented governance in La Union.
