Showcasing #Ayat for Nature thru La Union Loop

To further explore and intensify the #KalikasanNaman Campaign of the Provincial Government of La Union, motorcycle enthusiasts engaged in taking steps to promote environmental awareness through La Union Loop.
The said event was organized by La Union Vibrant Riders in partnership with the Provincial Government of La Union in celebration of Ayat Fest 2023: the 173rd La Union Founding Anniversary. Motor enthusiasts took a 240-kilometer fun ride to experience the various ecotourism sites in the Province of La Union on March 3, 2023.
Around 300 motorcycle enthusiasts joined the activity. Governor Rafy Ortega-David, First Gentleman Kevin David, Former Governor Pacoy Ortega, Provincial Engineer Ressie Estrella, Provincial Health Officer Eduardo S. Posadas, EnP. Annalyn Rosario-Valdez, Provincial Director LUPPO Lambert Suerte, and Motor vlogger Ms. Katrice Keirulf graced the opening of La Union Loop.
Participants were challenged to accomplish various activities such as hug-a-tree at Agoo Eco Park, push bikes to reduce emissions while crossing a bridge in Bagulin, eco-pledge at Bacnotan Centennial Tree, showing your commitment to the environment in Baluarte Watch tower in Luna, and selfie with Gov Rafy at Clean Fuel Gas Station.
Among the finishers were Ms. Katrice Keirulf, Former Gov Pacoy Ortega, and Provincial Engineer Ressie Estrella.
The event opens the opportunity to explore further the potential to create a motor tourism caravan geared toward rediscovering the province's hidden treasures on two wheels.
