Naibaba na sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 ang buong La Union. Ang sentro ng bagyong #KristinePH ay nasa 125km west northwest ng Bacnotan, La Union kaya tayo po ay nakakaranas ng mas malalakas na ulan at hangin. Ang bagyo ay kasalukuyang kumikilos pa-west northwest sa bilis na 15km/h.
