Ayon sa DOST-PAGASA, bahagyang lumakas ang Super Typhoon #LeonPH habang binabaybay nito ang Hilagang Luzon. Nasa East Northeast na ng Itbayat Batanes ang sentro nito at ito’y kumikilos pa-Northwestward na may bilis na 20km/h.
