Nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 sa Probinsya ng La Union dahil sa Severe Tropical Storm Leon.
Ang sentro ng bagyo ay nasa bandang Tuguegarao City, Cagayan at kumikilos ito ng pa-West Northwest sa bilis na 10km/h.
