Nakataas pa din ang Signal No. 1 ang hilagang bahagi ng La Union kabilang ang mga bayan ng Sudipen, Bangar, Santol, Balaoan, Luna.
Ayon sa DOST-PAGASA, nasa bandang Gonzaga, Cagayan ang sentro ng bagyo. Gumagalaw ito pa-hilagang kanluran sa bilis na 20 km/h.
Sa ngayon ay wala pong ano mang suspensyon ng klase o trabaho sa buong La Union. Inaabisuhan na ang lahat na mag-ingat sa maaaring maging epekto nito.
