Philippine Military Academy Alumni pays courtesy visit to Gov. Rafy

The message of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism was felt throughout the La Union Provincial Capitol as four Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Alumni, who are all from La Union, paid a visit to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David on May 23, 2023. They were accompanied by Second District Board Member Ruperto Rillera, Jr. who happens to be a PMA Foster Parent.
The recent PMA graduates, 2LT PATRICK O BAUTISTA, 2LT EDLYN GRACE P BOGAOAN, 2LT MARK JEFFREY C ARROGANTE, all from the Philippine Army, and 2LT VINCE LOWELL LICARO of the Philippine Air Force, shared their memories of the rigorous training and discipline they endured at the academy. Gov. Rafy conveyed her admiration for their courage and dedication to serve the country. Being a licensed pilot, the governor expressed her interest in joining the Philippine Air Force as a reservist-pilot.
The visitation of PMA Graduates served as a reminder for everyone to our show the province's La Union PROBINSYANihan in supporting the armed forces who continuously put their lives in line to protect the nation's freedom.
