The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) has started its distribution of safety information boards to 8 Far-flung schools throughout the Province as part of the #DisiplinaKoma and #SiglaSaEskwela Campaign.

Now that face-to-face classes have resumed, the safety information boards aim to remind the students to still practice the minimum health standards as COVID-19 is still present. As of date, 8 out of 23 schools were visited and among these are Rissing Elementary School-Naguilian, Porporiket Elementary School-Sudipen, Cabalayangan Elementary School-Bauang, Mamat-ing Elementary School-Naguilian, Sacyud Elementary School-San Fernando, Nagyubuyuban Elementary School-San Fernando, and SPED Integrated School.

Majority of these schools have little to no access to information which is the major drive for this activity- to reach far areas and bridge the gaps through information for health and safety of the Kaprobinsiaan. This activity targets to distribute 90 information boards to 20 LGUs with the purpose of promoting resilience and preparedness to the children.
