LUMC and PRC in #LaUnionPROBINSYAnihan for Mobile Outreach Services

The La Union Medical Center (LUMC), in collaboration with the Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office in Rosales, Pangasinan, successfully conducted its third annual Mobile Service Visit. Held at the Dr. Eufranio "Franny" C. Eriguel Memorial Hall in LUMC, the event took place on June 2, 2023.

A total of 640 individuals benefited from the outreach program, which provided different services including application processing for initial registration, renewal, and duplication of Professional Identification Cards (PIC), certification and authentication of PRC documents, assistance with LERIS concerns, and examination applications. The initiative aimed to cater not only to LUMC employees and PIC holders but also to professionals from nearby agencies, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Since 2019, the Mobile Service Visit has become a regular and highly valued intervention organized by the Human Resource Management Section of LUMC. By bringing PRC services directly to the medical center, this program not only saves employees and professionals from travel costs and related expenses but also provides them with a comfortable and convenient means to process their licensing transactions.
