To protect the public from the CoViD-19 cases in the City of San Fernando, the city will be placed under 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘 (𝗚𝗖𝗤) from 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴-𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 by virtue of 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟰𝟭, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭.
