The most awaited festive celebration for La Union’s Founding Anniversary (LUFA) makes a grand comeback in its 173rd year. After the two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, LUFA makes its spectacular return this year with the title “Ayat Fest 2023: the 173rd La Union Founding Anniversary” carrying the theme “LU La Unay.”
To jump start, reassess and finalize the target policies as stated in the 2023-2025 Executive-Legislative Agenda (2025), the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) secretariat, headed by SP Secretary Donato A. Rimando, conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for legislative targets under the Resilient Communities Sector on February 17, 2023 at the SP Lobby, Speaker Pro-Tempore Francisco I.
