To commemorate the birth of the Father of the Philippine Revolution, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) officials and concerned offices led the offering of the wreath in the monument of Andres Bonifacio on November 30, 2021, at the Heroes Park, City of San Fernando, La Union. Facilitated by the La Union Provincial Tourism Office – Culture and Arts Section, the ceremony was attended by Sangguniang Panlalawigan Board Members Hon. Nancy Corazon N. Bacurnay, Hon.
