Celebrating victory and sportsmanship, the winning teams of #AyatFest2023 Governor's Cup: Basketball Game had a courtesy visit with Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David on June 1, 2023, at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. 🏀⛹🏅🏆

The Governor's Office was filled with excitement as Gov. Rafy handed over the trophies and monetary rewards of basketball teams from the City of San Fernando and Bangar, bagging Championship Title and 2nd Runner-up, respectively.
