Regional Development Council 1 Representatives pay courtesy visit to Gov. Rafy

Promoting patriotism, integrity, excellence, and spirituality in the province of La Union, Engr. Larry L. Cabatic, Private Sector Representative on Governance of the Regional Development Council (RDC) 1, together with his colleagues, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David on June 2, 2023, at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando La Union, to discuss their proposal to engage and mobilize human resources to further optimize community development.
This shall pave the way to the fulfillment of #LaUnionPROBINSYAnihan in advocating a strengthened values system in the PGLU, which serve as drivers of excellent performance and public service delivery.
