Classroom without Walls : Releasing of Turtle Hatchlings, Eco-lectures and tours, Artwork activities

The Grade 2 pupils of Canaoay Elementary School joined and experienced various environment-related co-curricular activities as part of the Classroom without Walls Program of the Provincial Government of La Union, Coastal Underwater Resource Management Actions, and the Department of Education (DepEd).
On January 18 and 25, 2023, the participating pupils were able to experience environment-related activities such as releasing of turtle hatchlings, eco-lectures and tours, and art work activities together with Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David and Board Member Geraldine Joy Ortega.
Gov. Rafy extended her full support to the said Green Education Project as it allows young kaprobinsiaans be part of #LaUnionPROBINSYAnihan and #KalikasanNaman campaign of the PGLU.
