From being a street photographer in the streets of the Province of La Union, the work of Mr. Rowell B. Timoteo from Brgy. Pagdaraoan, City of San Fernando, La Union was chosen by international curators as the only photo representing the Philippines exhibited physically in Goethe Institut, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Hong Kong for the 24 Hour Project.
Timoteo works for the Provincial Government of La Union as Labor and Employment Officer II under the Office of the Governor-Local Economic Enterprise and Investment Promotions Unit. He is a photography hobbyist who believes in the power of photographs in bringing in awareness on social issues and thus, social development.
The Provincial Government of La Union led by Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David continues to support local talents in the province that supports the mission to bring sustainable development that improves the quality of life of the people.
