BUILDING ROADS, BUILDING FUTURE. Gov. Pacoy graces the Inauguration of the Rosario Exit of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) on July 15, 2020.
The TPLEX Rosario Exit opens with the hopes for economic and tourism growth in North Luzon.
