Naguilian District Hospital Celebrates 53rd Anniversary with a Jam-packed Series of Activities

The Naguilian District Hospital (NDH) celebrates its 53rd Anniversary with a series of activities that brought together the staff and employees in a spirited display of unity and sportsmanship on March 12-21, 2025.
The festivities began with a parade followed by basketball and volleyball tournaments, where three competing teams showcased their athletic skills, other activities were also included such as Zumba Sessions and Latina Muses who graced the stage with their charm and beauty representing their respective teams.
Exciting events persist up to the culmination of the anniversary celebration. It was packed with activities such as Motorcade, Amazing Race, Battle of Latina Muses, Yell Competition, Presentation of Loyalty and Championship Awards, and Cookfest Competition.
Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David expressed her warm congratulations to the hospital for its milestone, “I am so proud to say that NDH has continuously provided quality healthcare services to our KaPROBINSYAnihan in Naguilian and nearby towns… you have proven your unwavering commitment to serving with excellence, compassion, and resilience,” she said.
The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), headed by Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, remains steadfast in supporting initiatives of the different district hospitals under the PGLU that foster camaraderie and teamwork leading to the betterment of healthcare services across the province.
