REINFORCEMENT FOR PGLU's COVID OPERATIONS. Officers from the 81st Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army (81st IB, PA) namely Commanding Officer LTC RODRIGO A MARIÑAS, Company Commander 1LT CESAR L MENOR, and MAJ. ROGELIO A DUMBRIGUE JR (OS), present to Gov. Pacoy the accomplishments of the 81st IB, PA as they provided help in the COVID-19 operations of the province, in a courtesy call on June 15, 2020 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Gov. Pacoy expressed his gratitude to the army officers for providing reinforcement for the relief operations and checkpoint management of the Provincial Government of La Union.
